VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

We pick and share fruit that would otherwise go to waste, through volunteer-led harvest events.

The fruit is shared with volunteer pickers, the nearest food agency, the tree owner, and at times a portion is shared with Hidden Harvest. If you would like to pick fruit, or if you have a tree that needs picking, you can register through our website.  If you would like to tell a neighbour that they can register their tree for harvesting, find flyers here to spread the word. If you know of a community group such as a food bank that could use local fruit, let us know.

Hidden Harvest relies on a team of volunteer Neighbourhood Leaders to organize harvest events. Neighbourhood Leaders receive training and access to equipment from Hidden Harvest and then collaborate with residents who have registered their fruit trees to select a harvest time.
