Permaculture Internships

Location: This is an on-farm position living among community; candidates are welcome from anywhere in Canada or travelling through North America. We are located in Caledon, Ontario, just north of the GTA (near Orangeville & Guelph)

Whole Village Ecovillage offers a unique opportunity to live in an intentional community throughout the growing season, working with residents to maintain a 191 acre permaculture designed farm.

Your learning experience will include planting and caring for trees, edible forests, fruit, vegetables and herbs. Some poultry and cattle care, eco-construction, haying and other farm tasks will add to your summer program.

We will provide organic food, accommodation, learning and fellowship, for 6 1/2 hours of work per day 5 days per week.

Preferable time range is from April to September, but we are flexible.
