Job Opportunities on Our Small Community Farm near Creemore, Ontario – 1.5 Hours North of Toronto

We’re looking for a few dedicated people to join us on our small, community-focused farm for the 2025 season!

Our farm is not a commercial operation ~ we grow food to support the people living here rather than selling at market.

It’s a unique, hands-on experience, where you’ll be part of a small but vibrant community, working in extensive permaculture-style gardens alongside WorkAway and WWOOF volunteers from around the world.

About the Farm & Community

Hobby-Farm Style, Community-Driven: We focus on growing food for our farm community rather than for sale.
Global Atmosphere: 5-6 WorkAway and WWOOFing volunteers live here at any given time, plus 2-3 part-time coordinators.
Outdoor Living: From May to October, people stay in sizeable tents with a mattress (it's a comfortable setting with very few mosquitoes)
Forest Setting: The farm is nestled in a beautiful natural environment, surrounded by trees and wildlife.
Hard Work, Good People: Days are filled with hands-on work outside, but we balance it with a strong sense of community, shared meals, and meaningful learning opportunities.

What We Offer

This is a live-on-site opportunity, where accommodation and food are included as part of the arrangement. Compensation depends on experience, the amount of time you're willing to contribute, and your work ethic:

• Entry-level volunteers: Work in exchange for room & board.
• Intermediate-level workers: Room & board + $300-$500 per month.
• Skilled & hardworking individuals: Room & board + up to $1,000 per month.

The Work

• Gardening & Farm Maintenance: Hands-on work in permaculture-style gardens.
• General Outdoor Labor: Digging, planting, composting, harvesting, and more.
• Community Living: Sharing meals, helping with upkeep, and being part of a positive group environment.
