About the farm:

Braided Dalea is situated on a 100 acre farm in Markdale, ON. Our main focus is growing organic strawberries, vegetables, and cut flowers. We also raise pigs on pasture and laying hens in a moveable coop. We use an Allis-Chalmers tractor, a BCS walk behind tractor and a John Dere mower here on the farm and if you have no experience it is optional for you to learn. Perks with working here would be getting vegetables, eggs, fruits and flower bouquets to fill your kitchen. There is abundance in the summer and it is only fair to share the bounty. The farm is also close to lots of areas for swimming, hiking and biking to enjoy. There is another farm business on the land that focuses on growing organic vegetables.

On farm housing is available. There is a 30ft spacious camper ($300) that is powered and has a small functioning kitchen and outhouse. This camper is close to the house which has all the amenities.
