About Us:

Nestled in the Green Belt corridor of Hamilton, Paradise Fields has a bold vision to grow “the world’s most nutritious organic food” by heavily emphasizing soil health and using regenerative agricultural practices. We are unique in that we fully mineralize our soil with all known minerals and trace minerals, brew our own compost teas to increase microbial and fungal soil activity, and our farm is fully irrigated with filtered potable water for the best possible results. No stones are left unturned when it comes to food quality!

We currently cultivate 12,000 apple trees bearing 20-plus varieties of apples. Five acres are dedicated to vegetable production and three acres for various berries, including haskaps, sea buckthorn, and hardy kiwi berries - all chosen for their high nutrient value. Our state-of-the-art greenhouse was recently completed and provides the perfect environment to grow high-quality microgreens, salad mixes, and other crops.

In a couple of years, the crown jewel of Paradise Fields will be a 12-bedroom wellness Centre where people will learn farming best practices and experience the healing power of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
