Hiring: Farm Staff

Looking to work outdoors, learn new skills, and gain hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture?

Lawoti Farms is hiring a motivated young person (ages 15–30) to join our team for the 2026 growing season. This role is supported by a federal youth employment wage subsidy program and is designed to help you build skills toward future leadership or farm management roles.

About Us

Lawoti Farms is a half-acre regenerative vegetable farm located at Five Haystack Farm in Campbellville, Ontario. We grow a diverse range of responsibly produced vegetables—including South Asian crops—and value-added products.

Our farming practices focus on sustainability and soil health, including:

  • Permanent raised beds
  • Minimal tillage
  • Crop rotation and cover cropping
  • Supporting native pollinators

We grow over 50 varieties of vegetables and supply farmers’ markets, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, restaurants, wholesale clients, and our online store.
